- Less than 6 inquires on your credit report in the last 6 months
- No new credit within the last 6 months
- If you have a bankruptcy then it has to be discharged for at least 2 years
- No collections, charge offs, judgments in the last 2 years
- No late payments in the last 2 years
- 3 primary tradelines on your credit report
- 60% utilization or lower on credit cards
